Evil is spread when good men do nothing.
Welcome to the city of Kenningston. Population 12,000 and rising. Just make sure to watch your step. There has been a problem with the crime rate of late. A stark increase of robberies, arson, murders, kidnappings, and otherwise heinous crimes has been threatening the city and baffling the police force.
The only thing keeping the city together is the sudden rise in vigilante activity. When the police try to apprehend them they seem...not altogether human. This is quite often the case. However, it isn't vampires and werewolves that run this town. These vigilantes are by no means immortal. They do suffer from mutations shall we say. Several known vigilantes are rumoured to be escapees from a neighboring city's research facilities, but we all know that human testing is outlawed. To add to the mix are normal police that have some "special" officers that do their best to blend in.
However, not everyone is fighting for peace. Lines will be drawn and the battle that will follow will not be a pretty one.
