Right now I don't need anything too specific, and some of this won't be possible until we get more members, but I'd like to see some boys and villian-ish characters. I also wouldn't mind seeing some humans.
They can be police officers, scientists (message me and I'll let you know about the major arc), vigilantes, doctors, or other sorts of people. Those are just a few ideas.
Let me know if you're interested in any of these~

OHOHOHOH I wanna plot character -raises hand- I can be male... seems to be what you need. So lets see....
I could be the Cities richest businessman/Bachalor (Bruce Wayn anyone?) I own the Lab maybe? and the "Mutant project" is my personal pet. I use my bachelor status to rope young girls in.. then they just.. o0 dissapear... and reapear later.. but different.. and with their memories wiped clean XD (Is having too much fun with this)

Haha, I was planning on being more the head of the Hartland project since I know the global plot, but you can certainly be the one that brings in the "volunteers."

OhOh Maybe he funds the project? because he has a personal interest in it? (Maybe he wants to be a "Super Human" but wants it to be prefected first) -dances- They could be Partners.. You the head scientist, the "Inventor" of the mutant gene, and me the Funder of the project. XD
